Chef Page Moll brings over 25 years experience spanning culinary arts. With his focus on sustainable, local, organic ingredients dining at Hash is an experience to remember. With Hash, Chef Moll brings a new twist on farm-to-table dining by integrating his fine-dining expertise into delectable breakfast & lunch dishes that simply delight.

My personal goal is simple:  to lead a first-class team of chefs, delivering the highest standards of quality for a successful restaurant.

I was born and raised in a small town outside Minneapolis, MN.  My formative years in the Midwest created a work ethic of which today I am very proud.  My parents stressed personal independence in pursuit of a positive lifestyle both personally and professionally.

My experience speaks for itself.  Fine dining, catering, accounting, and management begin the list of my expertise.  Not only can I prepare an amazing dish, but I know how to make it profitable and delegate responsibility, while providing a superb dining experience for every customer.  Having spent the last 25 years in the hospitality industry, I have acquired significant insight in how to impress peoples taste buds with my unique culinary style and captured their interest with my charisma.

While pursuing a mastery of the culinary arts, I experienced how California’s finest restaurants became successful, and know how it’s done.  The breadth of my expertise has exposed me to numerous dining environments and the insights I have obtained give me the confidence to quickly and accurately assess situations and key in on strategies that obtain results.  This first-hand experience in the restaurant industry offers a vision for the future that will impress even the toughest critics.
